Sushi Fork
PROBLEM: The owners of Sushi Fork set out to create an entirely new concept for the dining experience: fast-casual sushi. They commissioned The McIntosh Group to help create a strong brand identity and to develop the first location in Tulsa, Okla. as a site-adaptable concept that could be applied to future locations.
SOLUTION: Together with Darshan Phillips of Darsh & Co., we created a brand identity for Sushi Fork before ever putting pencil to paper. This process of brand identity entailed drawing several concepts that looked at different finishes, lighting, furniture, signage and layout.
To ensure the concept was easily replicable and adaptable, we set up drawings using Revit families. This us allows us to easily reconfigure the next site using the vocabulary that we’ve already built into our system of design with increased speed, accuracy and consistency.
We plan to help this exciting brand launch five new sites this year.
