Triad Bank
PROBLEM: This family-owned community bank purchased an abandoned 10,000 sf restaurant in an office park. The building backed up to two mid-rise office buildings and a poorly maintained detention pond. They needed it transformed into a functional bank that reflected their brand.
SOLUTION: The priority was to create a functional bank, taking into consideration security and space needs. The client’s brand called for a simple, modern form, with a simple color and material palette.
The entry gives customers a sense of arrival and glass allows natural light to flow through the spaces. The office walls are also glass, bringing the daylight further into the building and providing a view of the pond. The detention pond behind the building was transformed into an asset that both customers and employees can enjoy.
