Kwik Trip


PROBLEM: Since 1965, Kwik Trip has focused on doing the right thing for its customers and the communities where it operates. Accessibility to its stores is no different. Kwik Trip commissioned The McIntosh Group to survey all 430 locations across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa to determine whether customers faced any accessibility barriers.

SOLUTION: We surveyed 430 locations within six months using our proprietary iPad ADA Survey app to gather all survey information including site photos, sketches and barrier counts. Our proprietary software allowed us to quickly analyze the results and create a strategic plan for making needed corrections. Kwik Trip’s architects are now bringing its stores into compliance as part of its remodeling process.
