PROBLEM: It is important to KeyBank that all customers have convenient access to its facilities and services. Over the years, ADA accessibility design standards have changed. With 1,100 locations in more than a dozen states from New York to Alaska, KeyBank wanted a strategic plan for getting all locations in compliance.

SOLUTION: KeyBank partnered with us to develop a strategic barrier removal plan. After a successful pilot program including a select number of ADA surveys, they commissioned us to conduct surveys across all locations. The scale of the program, along with the amount of data to be tracked and accessed, presented the main challenge. To meet the necessary timeline, we developed an online tool for collecting and reviewing the data, allowing us to survey all locations in only 18 months.
