FedEx Kinkos

Services

PROBLEM: Starting in 1999, FedEx Kinko’s wanted to transform its facilities into lean-operating machines. The company knew there were efficiencies to be gained if the planning and design of its facilities were handled better. They also wanted ADA accessibility accounted for in the design process so that all customers had easy access to the buildings and the equipment inside.

SOLUTION: We created processes and strategies that FedEx Kinko’s used to manage projects for several years. These included reporting tools and construction drawing templates that streamlined the design and planning process. This allowed FedEx Kinko’s to meet the parameters of a lean budget, touch more than 1,200 locations across the United States and create a lasting partnership. The success of these projects led us to help the company with its Sign and Banner, Sign and Banner Lite and CPC programs.
