My guess would be around .01%. There is not a single building that The McIntosh Group has surveyed that has not had some sort of violation. Some of our clients are among the best in the nation, although their buildings have only become compliant after our surveys and making adjustments.
The most common violations that we see are accessible parking spaces and accessible routes.
