PROBLEM: With more than 170 locations, Corner Bakery Café needed one firm to manage its brand and design standards for all of its restaurants. The goal: improve efficiencies and deliver a consistent customer experience.

SOLUTION: We worked closely with Corner Bakery Café Corporate to develop new standards for the design of its restaurants, timelines for each project and planning tools for franchisees. Because of the unique restrictions of some existing locations, this required a thorough understanding of how the space, equipment and people operate.

Since this program, McIntosh has also developed the current prototype templates for Corner Bakery Café, bringing our intimate knowledge of their brand and design standards to create clear and efficient sets of drawings and specifications. We also provide change management services, developing and maintaining both their current prototype template and older templates that are still in use by some franchisees.
